In the first of its kind for the Hmar community, a girl from Shillong has taken to vBlogging (video blogging). Irene Amo who is continuing her studies has been living in Mumbai for the past 11 years says she is “new” to YouTube and started using the video sharing site since January 2011.”
“I just started using my account to the best from August pretty late. I know right, but better late than never,” Irene said.
One reason why she is doing this is because she loves making new friends and socializing.
“It's (the YouTube channel) gonna be a mix of everything that I like. From just random videos to random talks to something interesting well it ranges depending on my mood,” Irene said.
Some of Irene’s videos are given below. Also, You can subscribe to her channel Love Life Channel by Clicking Here

ReplyDelete@je, this is called video blogging. While there are people who blog using blogging platforms like Blogger.com and wordpress, this particular trend called vBlogging is still very new to Indians and even people like us are not much aware of the power of video blogging. Video blogging has great potential as you can see from these videos ....you can share your opinions about life...give advice, educate others, etc...so much can be done on video. Some people even preferred video blogging to written blogs because it creates an instant connect with the vBlogger.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous, khingkhin thaw kher naw sien i ti hin iem? A nuom nuom hai chun vBlogging chu thaw thei an nawm. Video kha en zo zet la chun a thaw nasan hre phot la comment pe lem rawh. A thuhril comment nek in a thaw ding le thawnaw ding i hril hmasa vel dam hi invet thlak a nih.

@Oliver: haha yeah ka hriet thiem met tho haha ka lom o :)
king khin ka ti chu a video hai ku khi a ni khi.mi chun an nuom nuom chu an thaw thei ngei.but a cheap way to earn popularity, certainly not the best way to to preach or express an opinion. you can influence people not by what you said in front of the camera. any tom dick and harry can do that- sit infront of a camera and read out the most inspiring speech.you can inspire or influence people better by the type of life you lead, and not by making this type of homegrown videos
ReplyDelete@Anonymous, you are a coward and can't see a woman getting more popular than you. People like you are self opinionated and before even listening to others you will always blow your own trumpet. (I think i should request Inpui.com administrators to disable Anonymous comments)
ReplyDelete@Irene, do what you believe is right and never be afraid of speaking up your mind in whatever form it may be.
@Anonymous, people like you just can't handle when women take up thing they want or have the courage to do what they feel is good. Be courageous enough to use your name as well.
ReplyDelete@irene, don't listen to negative remarks when you know you enjoy doing what you do. I'll be there always
I va hang sie naw de aw. I video hai ka lo inchan zing ding a nih.
ReplyDeleteDo not think you will upload a video and have it become one of the most viewed YouTube videos. It can happen that way but it is not common. Most videos that have large viewership also are part of a group on a channel and that channel has lots of videos uploaded consistently thereby creating a following. vues de youtube
