The two INPI deliberated on the incident that happened at Thingchawm on the night of 14-9-2013 that resulted in the demise of one Mr. Jangkolun Haokip S/o Douthong of Kholmun and the two injured namely Mr. Mangchungnung S/o Thangkholal of K. Munpi village and Mr. Khailam S/o Letkam of S. Kunglal Veng.
The august house agreed upon that according to the customary practise of the victims the perpetrators shall fulfill the customary requirement; hence the matter is settled between the two INPI. It is further agreed that the perpetrators shall bear and take care of the injured persons until they are medically declared fit.
