Bangalore:Sikpui Ruoi, a post harvest festival of the Hmar community, was celebrated here in India’s IT capital on December 4 with much fanfare.
The event, organised by Hmar Students’ Association (HSA) Bangalore Branch, was held at Lakshmi Party Hall in Kammanahalli, East Bangalore. The programme slated for 2 p.m began only at 4 p.m, but once the show was on, there was no looking back. Special numbers by some well known artistes like Rose Sakum, Ruoltinkhum Paruolte and others soon took away the drowsy mood.
