Bangalore:- The Hmar Students’ Association, Bangalore Branch has bought a new sound system to be used during social events like Sikpui Ruoi, Annual Sports Day, Freshers Day and other important occasions.

 

HSA sources told Inpui.com that the sound system, worth over Rs 20,000, was of the dream projects of the office bearers for the year 2011-12. “For this project we organised two to three fundraising events,” the source said.

 

The student body had raised fund by selling lucky draw tickets (results to be announced on Sikpui Ruoi Day) besides selling ‘vawksa hro’ several times.
